In an unprecedented display of academic collaboration and innovation, the 2024 edition of the CCHE 2024 Conference has concluded with remarkable achievements. The conference, known for its dedication to fostering the global exchange of knowledge and ideas, has seen a significant increase in participation and contributions this year.

Four hundred seven research papers were presented in both plenary and regular sessions, showcasing the latest advancements and research findings in higher education. These sessions were complemented by a dedicated student symposium, where 19 papers were presented by students, highlighting the importance of including emerging scholars in global academic dialogues.

The event was international, with participation from 18 countries, underscoring the conference’s role as a melting pot for diverse academic cultures and perspectives. This year’s CCHE was made possible by the collaborative efforts of 38 organisers and co-organizers, demonstrating the power of teamwork in achieving common goals.

Behind the scenes, the organisational and scientific aspects of the conference were meticulously managed by 67 organising committees and 305 scientific committee members. Their dedication ensured the smooth running of the conference and the high quality of discussions and presentations.

The conference also celebrated the contributions of 200 authors whose research papers added depth and breadth to the academic discussions. In addition to these contributions, the conference boasted an impressive collection of 1267 acquired references, with an additional 19 references stemming from student contributions. This comprehensive knowledge repository is a testament to the rich academic environment the CCHE fosters.
